• Losses arising from sports betting or fantasy sports decisions made using the Service.
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
• Costs of procurement of substitute services.
• Any matter beyond our reasonable control.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) £50 / $50 USD.
